We started with a call to learn how Presto actually works: how they price, ship and handle samples. Then we built it in rounds. The owners sent changes by text and saw them live, usually within a day. Everything uses Presto's real products, real prices and real rules, so it fits the business instead of forcing the business to fit a template.
